Mayo Clinic will host a Metabolomics Symposium from October 12 to October 13 on the Rochester, Minn., campus. The event will feature presentations on the practice and theory of metabolomics applications, the latest research in metabolomics and networking opportunities. The workshop is open to beginning and established researchers, students and postdoctoral fellows.

A focused workshop is available to a limited group of individuals based on availability.

Scholarships for scholars and junior faculty are available.

Metabolomics 2017 Symposium Agenda

October 13, 2017 (Friday Afternoon)

A focused workshop is available to a limited group of individuals based on availability. This is open to non-Mayo Clinic guests only. Participants will spend time with leading experts in informatics and protocol and sample collection. The cost of the four-hour workshop is $100. Scholarships are available to scholars and junior faculty.

All attendees are invited to submit a 200-word poster abstract (for a 4 x 8 poster). Awards for excellence will be given to first place ($300), second place ($200) and third place ($100).

Limited vendor opportunities are available. Displays will be set up outside of Leighton Auditorium for the duration of the event. Contact for details.
